DISCLAIMER: This raffle is being conducted by This Is Texas Freedom Force, a 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, in accordance with the Texas Charitable Raffle Enabling Act (Tex. Occ. Code §2002). Our organization has been in existence more than 3 years (since 2017) and is authorized to conduct charitable raffles. All proceeds frpm this raffle will be used to further our mission of preserving Texas History and defending Texas.

PRIZE DETAILS:
*The prize is a black powdered pistol, classified as an antique firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968 (18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(16)).
*Federal law does not require transfer through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) or a background check for this type of firearm.
*However, the winner must be legally eligible to possess firearms under Texas State Law.
*The prize may not be awarded to any individual prohibited from firearm possession due to felony conviction, restraining order, or other disqualifications.

ELIGIBILITY:
* Must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets.
* Must live in Texas
* Tickets may not be purchased by Board Members of This Is Texas Freedom Force or their immediate household family members.
RAFFLE INFORMATION:
* A maximum of 2,000 tickets will be sold.
* The drawing will be held on November 1, 2025 in San Antonio, Tx, live on social media (Facebook).
* Winner need not be present to win.
* This raffle counts as 1 of 2 raffles permitted per colander year by Texas Law.

RAFFLE PRIZE
Walker's Walker Company A Pistol
Celebrating the 1st 200 years of the Texas Rangers, Cimarron is producing a very special run of Walker revolvers duplicating the exact total production of the 1100 originals manufactured in 1846 by Samuel Colt. Each Walker revolver is marked as exact as possible to the original and have been aged to look exactly as a used original. They will be made in groups exactly as the originals were made, and marked with company and issue numbers as were the originals, starting with Company C. Company A - No. 001 through No. 220, Company B - No. 001 through No. 220, Company C - No. 001 through No. 220, Company D - No. 001 through No. 220, Company E - No. 001 through No. 120, then 100 Civilian numbered 1001 through 1100 Cimarron Firearms’ Walker’s Walker™ will be available individually or cased in an attractive glass topped American Walnut presentation case with flask and nipple wrench and also include a limited edition, high quality print of the 1847 Walker schematic.









HOW TO ENTER INTO THE RAFFLE
Due to state and federal rules, we cannot accept credit cards or sell raffle tickets directly through our website. Here’s how you can get your tickets:
Option 1: By Mail
Send your payment by cash, check, or money order to:

Be sure to include a note with the following:
• Your full name
• Address
• Email address
• Phone number (that can receive texts)
• Write: “Walker’s Walker Pistol Raffle”

Once we receive your letter, we’ll process your entry and send you a text message with a picture of your raffle ticket and ticket number as confirmation.
Option 2: In Person
TITFF Directors will also have raffle tickets available at our events and in their hometowns. (See our Contact Us page for a list of cities where our directors reside.)
When purchasing in person, you’ll fill out a short form with your name, phone number, address, and email address. We will then text you a picture of your ticket and ticket number as confirmation.

Raffle Drawing
• Date: November 1, 2025
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Location: Live on our official TITFF Facebook page.
The winning ticket will be drawn live and the video will be shared on all our social media accounts (X, MeWe, YouTube, etc.). We will also call the winner directly to let them know they are the proud new owner of a Walker’s Walker Pistol. From there, we’ll arrange the best time and date to deliver the prize.
